Pay Sources

Several funding sources, including private insurance and Medicaid, are available to pay for these services. We will look at all possible avenues of coverage upfront on your behalf. If there is no coverage, an easily understood schedule of private pay rates will be provided.

Advantage Eligibility

The Advantage program is an Oklahoma Medicaid program for elderly and disabled individuals. Individuals qualify for the Advantage program by meeting eligibility requirements that include both health and financial criteria.
