Annual Certifications Uploaded to Student Self-Service

Students are be able to upload annual certification items directly in Student Self-Service.

Where do I upload my renewed certifications?

On the Student Center To-Do List on Student Self Service.

Can I upload renewed certification from off-campus?
Yes.  However, students must register the DUO security authentication first.

My Self-Service shows I need documentation that I already submitted. What do I do?
If the item is more than 12 months old, please upload updated information in Self-Service.  If not or if having difficulties uploading, please email your campus contact listed below.

Enrollment Holds

CPR/AHA/BLS: The CON offers American Heart Association CPR/Basic Life Support courses that meet certification requirements. Please note that the number of courses offered at the CON is limited and fill up quickly. 

For information about dates, times, cost, and requirements for those who need FIRST-TIME certification, please click here.  

For those who are CURRENTLY certified by the American Heart Association and need to renew, please click here.  

Students are not required to take CPR/BLS from the CON and may find information about other resources for training at the American Heart Association Website.

Flu Shot Information

Students participating in clinical activities are required by clinical agencies to have a flu shot by October 31. Those who decline to receive this important vaccination will be directed by their clinical instructor regarding next steps which may include wearing a mask during clinical rotations.
