Anyone graduating in the following terms:

• Fall 2011
• Spring 2012
• Summer 2012

Anyone from the following programs:

• Traditional BSN
• Accelerated BSN
• LPN-BSN
• RN-BSN
• All Masters tracks
• Any eligible PhD students

 

Campus Sites

Oklahoma City, Health Sciences Center students:

Tulsa campus students: 

Students that do not have their pictures taken during these site visits will have to travel to the HSC campus in Oklahoma City to take their pictures.

Lawton/Duncan campus students: 

You may come to the main campus for your pictures.  You may call and schedule your photo session for a time convenient to your class schedule. Contact Photographic Services at: (405) 271-2173.

All other distant site campuses in Oklahoma: 

You may schedule a time to have your picture taken at the main campus in Oklahoma City.  Additional on-site visits are not scheduled. Contact Photographic Services at: (405) 271-2173.

Additional Information

What to expect: We will be taking several different poses. You will choose which pictures go into the class composite as well as the yearbook.  You will be wearing a graduation gown that we provide for at least one picture. You can wear the gown for all the pictures or you can bring a change of clothes for the other poses that you will receive. 

Dress: Please dress in business attire. Please make sure you have a white shirt with you that will be worn for the board picture.  Please take off your eyeglasses for your board picture. A cap and gown will be available for your use at the photo session. You may bring your own if you wish.

Reorders: You will be provided an order form and a proof sheet of your pictures. Payment must be received before any orders will be placed.

Web site: Pictures can be viewed via the internet by using a password that will be given to each student at the time your pictures are taken. Link to the graduation picture web page. 

Fee: Your studio fee is $19.00 and must be paid in full when photographed. You will receive your board pictures and a 11x14 of your class composite at a later date.

Board Pictures

A picture is required for licensure applications (NCLEX).  You can have this picture taken with your graduation pictures for no additional charge.  Pictures are then sent to the College of Nursing and you will receive them when you turn in your licensure application (in February/March).

Masters students: if you are applying for advanced practice licensure you may need to submit a board picture. If you have your board picture taken, please contact Patricia-Wilhelm@ouhsc.edu to make arrangements to get a copy of the picture.

Alternate Option:  The picture needed for the licensure application is a “Passport-Style Photo.”  This can be taken at Walgreens or your local Post Office for anywhere from $6-$12.  You will automatically receive your picture and will not have to wait to finish your application.

Graduation Ceremony Pictures

A photographer will be on-site at your graduation convocation ceremony. Pictures will be taken of you with your diploma cover that day. You can order those pictures after the event.
