Student Organizations - Pre Nursing Club

The Pre-Nursing Club meets monthly on the University of Oklahoma Norman Campus. The Club is headed by Cheryl Laidacker and offers networking opportunities, information sessions and professional development to our pre-nursing students. We encourage all students to join and participate in this club.

September 6, 2011	5:00 p.m.	Pre-Nursing Club Meeting First Meeting Introductions New Board and come hear about the admission process to the College of Nursing. Margaret Robinson will be available to answer questions. Remember the early admission deadline is quickly approaching.
October 4, 2011	5:00 p.m.	Pre-Nursing Club Meeting Come and meet our OUCN student liaisons and share some pizza! Also representatives from the Navy (and other branches) will be present to discuss opportunities to serve our Troops.
October 15, 2011		Application Deadline for Early Admission! Apply now!
November 1, 2011	5:00 p.m.	Pre-Nursing Club Meeting Do you know how to take a blood pressure, pulse, put on sterile gloves? Come learn some new skills and have fun with your future nursing classmates!
December 6, 2011	5:00 p.m.	Pre-Nursing Club Meeting FINALS...FINALS.... Do suffer from test anxiety? Would you like to do better on your grades? Come and meet Susan Radcliffe, she can help! Learn about Heart Math.
January 15, 2012		Application Deadline for Regular Admission! Apply now!
February 7, 2012	5:00 p.m.	Pre-Nursing Club Meeting Panel of OUCN students will come to answer questions about what life is really like at the College of Nursing! Hopefully we will have time for some more skill training.
March 6, 2012	5:00 p.m.	Pre-Nursing Club Meeting TBA "What would you like to do, hear, experience? Talk to a Board member."
