| Event: | The National Institute of Aging Directors Regional Meeting on Aging Research |
| Description: | You are invited to join the OU College of Nursing Reynolds Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence and the National Institute on Aging for a one-day meeting on geriatric research priorities and grant opportunities. To be held on March 12, 2013 from 8 a.m. to 2:05 p.m. at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Bird Library Auditorium, the N.I.A. Directors Regional Meeting will offer an opportunity to meet with N.I.A. representatives. Co-sponsors for the event include the Reynolds Department of Geriatric Medicine and the OUHSC Office of the Vice President for Research. Goals for
the Regional Meeting: To
provide information on existing opportunities for research and training
conducted through the four program divisions at NIA, technical assistance
regarding grants, and advice on the design of new research opportunities. There is no registration fee for the 2013 NIA Directors Regional Meeting on Aging Research. Please note that all travel and hotel expenses will be on your own. Registration is available until February 28th. |
