Hospice Foundation of America

Hospice Foundation of America (HFA) is pleased to announce its newest educational offering, the Hospice Information Center for families, friends and professionals. This centralized resource is funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

These complimentary resources in the Hospice Information Center enable organizations to enhance their training and outreach efforts, sharing information for both families and staff in a format that is accessible and understandable. Free CEs are available for some programs for a wide range of professionals.
