The Power of 100 – Celebrating 100 Years of Nursing Excellence

The Nursing Leadership Fund is the top priority for the College of Nursing and supports programs and scholarships to assist the dedicated women and men who will graduate during our second century.  To celebrate our centennial year, we are asking our graduates to make a commitment to support the Nursing Leadership Fund.

In the spirit of “The Power of 100” we are asking our alumni to consider a gift of $100.  Gifts to the nursing leadership fund will help encourage students and faculty to explore ways to influence practice by crafting original solutions to support healthcare in Oklahoma.  Dollars will help students and mentors attend state and national conferences, participate in mentorships with national experts and provide pilot money for research and instructional projects.  This direct investment into student leadership and faculty development will translate into transformed care at the bedside and beyond.

Dean’s Leadership Circle

During this centennial year, the College of Nursing is establishing the Dean’s Leadership Circle.  The Dean’s Leadership Circle will encompass annual gifts of $1,000 or more to the Nursing Leadership Fund.  Members of the Dean’s Circle will receive special communications from the Dean regarding the College of Nursing and receive invitations to special events, including an annual dinner with College leaders.

To become a founding member of the Dean’s Circle, please make your gift of $1,000 through our online giving portal below or contact us at 405-271-2428 ext. 43258.  Gifts may be made in full or in two $500 payments.  Please contact us for additional details or questions.
