What are Notes?
For every drug in ePocrates Rx, there is a place in which you can take notes about the drug. You can also beam your notes.
The kind of Notes you can make include:
- Extra information about a drug.
- Comments about the treatment of particular diseases or conditions.
- Reminders about the use or effect of a drug.
Creating Notes
- Choose a drug for which you would like to make a note.
- Tap the popup icon (lower left of the screen) and tap Notes.
- Use graffiti or the keyboard to enter a note.
- Tap the Back arrow when you're done.
- To remind you of the note you made, a Note icon appears in the upper right-hand corner for the selected drug.
Beaming Notes
- Select the drug that contains your note.
- Go to the popup icon in the lower left-hand corner of the screen and tap Notes.
- Tap the Menu icon in the lower left-hand corner of your PDA. (The icon looks like a list with a downward-pointing arrow adjacent to it.)
- While pointing your device to the receiving device, tap Beam Note.
