Online Training on Pain and Opioid Management –

In partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS), the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) and the OU-TU School of Community Medicine have created a comprehensive six module CME program called Do No Harm: Putting Safer Pain Management Into Practice. The program is comprised of Module 1: Overview; Module 2: Epidemic; Module 3: Pain; Module 4: Analgesia; Module 5: Patient Engagement; and Module 6: Practice Systems.
Module 1 of this program provides an overview of the Oklahoma requirements of SB 1446 and meets the one hour training requirement.
The training is delivered on the ODMHSAS Learning System with self-assessment questions. There is no cost to take the training on the ODMHSAS site. At the conclusion of each module, you will be provided the opportunity to transfer to the OU CloudCME website to complete the post test and evaluation and claim your credit. The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Office of the Executive Dean has waived all fees until May 31, 2020.
