Admissions Decision in the OU College of Nursing

• Undergraduate Nursing Admissions:
  • The OU College of Nursing accepts all applicants who satisfy the undergraduate admission criteria. The OU College of Nursing makes the final admission decisions. An applicant is not entitled to appeal the College’s undergraduate admission decision.

• Graduate Nursing Admissions: 
  • Graduate applications are first reviewed according to the admission criteria for the applicable program. The most qualified applicants are invited to an interview with the program’s interview committee, comprised of graduate faculty in the OU College of Nursing, selected by the Assistant Dean for Graduate Education and Research. The OU College of Nursing makes the final admission decision. An applicant is not entitled to appeal the College’s graduate admission decision.
