Background Checks

Criminal background checks must be completed annually through Complio American Databank. 

1. Log into your Complio dashboard. 
2. Click "Place Order" in the top right corner to begin the process. 

Additional Information:

• In your first year, a 7-year background check is required. The following years will only require a recheck. 
• This process can take up to two weeks to complete.
• Save a copy of your completed report, as it may be required for clinical purposes. 
• Results will be automatically uploaded to your Complio account.
