Step 1 - Complete the NursingCAS application

NursingCAS Application Link

• Undergraduate programs: $60 for the first program; $45 for each additional program
• Graduate programs: $80 for the first program; $50 for each additional program

Note: Please use a personal email address when setting up your NursingCAS account. School email addresses may expire before you receive your admission decision, which could disrupt communication. Using a personal email ensures we can always contact you. 

Step 2 - Complete the OUHSC Supplemental application

• Beginning July 1, 2025, the OUHSC Supplemental Application fee will be waived for applicants who first apply to a CAS system.

Transcript Submission Requirements: 

Applicants must submit official transcripts to both of the following: 

1. NursingCAS
   1. Click here for instructions on submitting transcripts to NursingCAS
2. OU Health Campus Admissions and Recruitment 
   1. Click here for transcript submission methods and delivery address 

 
Note: Submitting transcripts to only one of these entities does not fulfill the requirement, you must send transcripts to both.

Before the Application Deadline: 

• If you complete additional coursework after submitting your application but before the application deadline, you may submit updated transcripts to NursingCAS. 
• If you submit an updated transcript to NursingCAS you must also update your coursework within the NursingCAS application system.
• If the electronic application is not updated: 
  • GPA changes will not be reflected 
  • Newly completed coursework that could impact your application score will not be considered during the review process 

After the Application Deadline Has Closed:

• If you complete additional coursework after submitting your application or initial transcripts, you are required to send final official transcripts to: 
  • OU Health Campus Admissions and Recruitment only
  • You do not need to resend transcripts to NursingCAS after the application deadline has closed.

• Applicants are advised to have a copy of their transcript from every College or University attended available as reference when completing the application process.
• The Professional Transcript Entry option in NursingCAS does not replace the requirement to submit all transcripts to NursingCAS. If you choose the Professional Transcript Entry in NursingCAS, the applicant must still go back into NursingCAS and request transcripts. Please note that this is a third-party service, and its processing timeline may impact your admission review. 
• NursingCAS can take several business days to verify an application. It is important to submit all your items by the deadlines to ensure that your application can be verified by NursingCAS by the verification deadline.
