Blake Frazier, DNAP, APRN-CRNA, is an Assistant Professor and the inaugural Assistant Program Director of the University of Oklahoma Nurse Anesthesia Program. Prior to joining OU, Dr. Frazier served as adjunct faculty for the Medical University of South Carolina’s Anesthesia for Nurses Program before serving as the Assistant Program Director and Director of Clinical Education. In addition to his academic leadership roles, he has extensive clinical experience practicing as a staff CRNA in both academic medical centers and community hospital settings.
Dr. Frazier is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) and has held numerous leadership positions within the South Carolina Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (S.C.A.N.A.), including Treasurer, President-Elect, Political Action Committee Chair, and Finance Committee Chair.
