Cindy Carter has been at the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing at the University of Oklahoma since 2019. She has been in the nursing field for over 30 years, receiving her Master of Science, in nurse education also from the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing in 2011. Cindy completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in nurse education in 2024 from Arkansas State University. Dr. Carter has taught numerous undergraduate didactic, skills, lab, simulation, and clinical courses in several Oklahoma Universities since 2011. Cindy enjoys spending time with her growing family, in nature and traveling.
