Joyce Tow, PhD, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC, WHNP-BC, RNC-OB, Assistant Professor at The Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing at The University of Oklahoma Health Campus in Oklahoma City. She is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner focusing on psychiatric-mental health and women's health, with over 25 years of expertise. While women’s mental health is her passion, other areas of interest include lactation, family planning and promotion of wellness and preventative care. She is an Oklahoma native who grew up in Garfield County. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Central Oklahoma. She received her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in nursing degrees from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
