Jenna Dunnavan, MSN RN is an Instructor in the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She teaches at both the Oklahoma City and Norman campuses. Jenna brings nine years of experience in Medical-Surgical, Postpartum, and Pre-Operative Nursing care. Working as an adjunct instructor in the clinical setting inspired her to pursue a master's degree in nursing education, and she has been dedicated to teaching the next generation of nurses. She is passionate about student support and success while guiding them through the clinical judgement process.
Education:
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from the University of Oklahoma. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma.

- Perinatal mental health disorders, specifically postpartum depression and anxiety
