Prospective Student Transcript Evaluations

If you are applying to one of our programs that requires prerequisite courses, you may submit your transcripts for review to our Office of Students Affairs.

To request a transcript evaluation, email a legible copy of your transcripts to nursing@ouhsc.edu with the subject line “Transcript Evaluation Request” and a member of the Student Affairs team will review your materials and be in touch with recommendations for how to proceed in the admissions process!

Please use a personal email address, not a school email, when requesting a transcript evaluation.
