Joyce Tow, PhD, APRN-CNP, WHNP-BC, RNC-OB, Assistant Professor at The Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. She is a Nurse Practitioner focusing on women's health, with over 25 years of expertise. While obstetrics is her passion, other areas of interest include lactation, maternal mood conditions, family planning and promotion of wellness and preventative care. She is an Oklahoma native who grew up in Garfield County. She completed her undergraduate education at University of Central Oklahoma. She received her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in nursing degrees from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
