Clinical Instructor at the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing. My background including pediatric intensive care and pediatric cardiology nursing, working with families and patients throughout their care. My interests include resilience and emotional well being of patients, families and students. Specifically teaching techniques / skills to empower them to face life's challenges and stresses. My DNP project is with nurse residences and evaluating the addition of short term mindfulness techniques on resilience as well as intent to leave.
