Dr. Forsythe is a consultant in healthcare for strategic planning, leadership, information system use, organizational systems and communication and in academics for accreditation, curriculum and course development. She has spent much of her professional time in acute care as a leader and administrator, with a dual role in academia. Her PhD and MA are in organizational systems and has an MSN in nursing administration. Dr. Forsythe’s professional specialties are teaching, nursing administration, strategic service line development, interprofessional communication, qualitative research, quality improvement projects, and curriculum and course design and development. Her passion is to connect individuals to produce and enhance healthcare outcomes.
