Dr. Fraser, a native Tulsan, has a background in women's health, community health, family planning and reproductive health, sexual health, pediatrics, and mental health. Dr. Fraser has worked with several area nursing programs, including OU as a clinical instructor, working with small groups of students in the clinical setting. She now joins OU as a full-time faculty member committed to mentoring the next generation of students, helping them to find their own paths within the profession.
